So now I'm gonna be working my chest and I'm starting with dumbbell push-ups.
For this exercise especially I think wearing the gloves is really good idea.
So now, the second exercise is chest press.
So this was one set. I just need a little break before I do the second one.
So the first time I did 10 reps. I'm wondering if I can do the same amount of reps this time.
