it gets mounted on a wall.. preferably with a mirror just behind it.. the 2 buttons get wired to AA battery and to tabs on a clock... keys for handcuffs are on the minute or hour hand of the clock hanging up high on the wall... power only gets to the clock when both buttons are pushed at the same time.

may I ask you for sharing some small explanation of your setup for rebuilting it? I'm not that much into electronics, but this looks lean, clean, nice and easy, would love to create the same tool for training my throat
