Today I went to a meditation class, or what I thought was a meditation class.
I went there and I had no idea where I was going at first.
I walked around a little path and found my trainer sitting on the top of a stairway outside with fountains.
He was in deep in meditation, but I thought I'd try and wake him up by waving my hand in front of his face.
