Tone up a bit, yeah. I understand because you're going to be modeling and things like that, you want to look at your best all the time.

Well I can definitely, you know, gear a program around you now. I mean, obviously you don't need to lose any weight or anything like that.

So maybe a program could really be loosely based on just, you know, keeping your tone, you know, keeping you firm like you are right now.
