Okay, well welcome. So today I'm going to continue on with building my muscles in my legs.

And so we're just going to do a quick warm-up. Just some windshield wipers back and forth.

Now I'm really working lately to build the muscle in my thighs. I'm tightening it up.

And it's the hardest place to lose. For women, I think for the men it's maybe the stomach.

But everybody needs to tighten their leg muscles, their big thigh muscles.
