Hello, Charles here. Just got back from a 5 mile run on the sand and yeah, it was, I'm getting my cardio up now so I'm doing pretty good.
I was slacking there for a little bit but now the cardio is good and you know, you always gotta make sure, always gotta make sure that you got good cardio
because that definitely strengthens you and gives you better immune system and everything like that.
So you definitely want to do cardio and some strength training along with that so it works out well.
