I'm Mickey the Mashemod. I am 6'1", 170 pounds, from Oakland, California.
I have been wrestling since 2004, which means a lot longer than most of the other people here.
My wrestling experience is I took six years of Hapkido, which is a Korean martial art with a lot of jiu-jitsu-like groundwork.
And as far as mixed wrestling, not a whole lot.
