So I've been looking over the numbers and they don't look so great, which is why I didn't call the big team meeting yet.
I wanted to talk to you one on one. So let me bring over what I got here.
So I don't know if you know much about me, but my role here is going to be pretty much increasing productivity because these numbers just aren't good enough.
