Margaret McShane passed away last week. She is one of 11 residents to lose their lives at Elderslie.
Frank, who is 86, says the Scottish Government should have started testing them far sooner.
I should have done that early on, you know, they've been a phenomenal football squad.
And we've had those wonderful staff that I've told you about, they were excellent.
And Frank says the community is now rallying around him thanks to a very unfortunate mistake by his favourite football club.
