I did a really poor workout today. My leg workout just sucked. I know my squats were really bad.

So I'm going to try and make it up to you. Show you that I can do good squatting.

Show you that I can do nice and deep.

And get my legs to where they need to be for competition.

I don't know where my mind was at. I just did a crappy workout.
