It is, I like it. A lot of nice natural light coming through. It's amazing.
Yeah, lovely garden as well. Very private, which is good.
I noticed coming in, you know, it's very quiet, so I think that's another great feature, you know, people after a long day, they just want something quiet.
It's got so much potential as well, because at one point we were talking about knocking through this wall to make it one big open lounge, kitchen, diner sort of thing.
