Hi everybody, welcome to today's mobility session.
We're going to do a little flow today. I've got the Mantra Sports Ring, which I'm going to be using just to hold up.
You can use yoga blocks and do the same thing, or a pillow if you want to add a little variety into your workout today.
I've got John on the hand drum, who's going to be doing some music for us to flow with today.
