I had a friend, his name was Michael. One day he told me he was ill. He asked me for some information, and I am searching for it still.
So I said I had courage, and I thought it clear. I didn't feel courageous, not anywhere near.
But then someone told me something, made it all clear. He said, "Courage is action you make from your darkest fear."
And here I stand, oh yeah. And not much less afraid than I was before. Here I stand, oh yeah. But maybe now I know just a little more.
I live in New York City and get mugged on two legs, but I don't get mugged on one.
