The rest of the time, our lives really was like those of prisoners.

We'd breakfast at 8am, a walk at 11am, obligatory physical exercise sessions, lunch at midday, exactly.

All under the watch of the guards, of course. And nothing escaped their attention, to say the least.

One thing was for sure, that the tension rose a notch in each one of us and our personalities changed.

There was just one single person who had a right to preferential treatment inside the prison's walls, and it wouldn't be very long until I met him.
