You guys, just a quick update, I've been probably at the gym now for two weeks, so I'm noticing
I'm putting a little bit of size on my legs here, definitely beefing up.
Just overall keeping my condition good.
Also been out in the sun more, getting more of a tan because I'm a pasty Brit, so naturally
I'm not tanned.
