Hey guys, welcome back. Today we're doing a 15 minute intense total core workout.
So for today's workout you need no equipment, just yourself, a little bit of space and something soft
beneath you. We have two sets of seven different exercises and each of the exercises are going to
be in one minute intervals with no rest in between except for one 30 second rest at the end of our
